Description

Answers incoming calls and transfers callers to the required extension. Makes outgoing calls. Maintains and records all outgoing telephone calls in a register. Greets clients and directs them to respective area of business or staff member. Also good knowledge medical terminology and lab tests procedures to guide patient/attendant.
