How to Get Your CITILAB LOYALTY CARD
You can purchase your CITILAB LOYALTY CARD for a nominal fee. This card will be personal to you and extend benefits to up to five family members. Your CITILAB LOYALTY CARD will be ready for collection from any CITILAB branch within 12 business days.
When requesting your CITILAB LOYALTY CARD, please provide the following information to the CITILAB front desk representative:

- CNIC No.
- Cell No.
- Date of Birth
- Postal Address
- Email Address
